TREATMENT CANCELATION POLICY:

48hour cancellation policy in place with all appointments, if you cancel your booked appointment with 48hours notice you will be charged 50% of the booked appointment, if you cancel or no show within 24hours of your booked appointment you will be charged 100% of the booked appointment along with paying your next appointment up front

COURSES:

Courses are non refundable, this includes course booking fees and course balances. If you give 7 days notice you maybe able to move your course to another date at the discretion of the trainer. (this can only be changed once).

If we need to cancel the course we will give you 7 days notice and will only be moved in unforeseen circumstances and we will put you on the next available course.

If you do not show for your course you will loose the right to change to another date and all monies will be lost.

ONLINE COURSES:

Are non refundable as you will have immediate access to the course after you have purchased, online courses do not include kits.

REFUND POLICY:

Products purchased have a 14 day returns policy, products must be in its original unused condition  for a refund, if 14 days have past since your purchase unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. Some items are exempt from being returned and refunded such as used items, gift vouchers, downloadable software products/manuals/training.
